Do I need a marketplace?

No. Many communities never turn commerce on. Forum, profiles, and groups are the full product.

How does billing grow with membership?

You start on the free step. When you approach the member cap, we prompt you to accept the next step. Nothing changes until you confirm. Details on the growth path page.

Can buyers purchase without joining?

Yes. Guest checkout is supported. Marketplace buyers are not social seats.

What counts as a seat?

A seat is a registered community member with access to your social features. Guest marketplace buyers do not consume seats.

How is Communio Social different?

We host and provision a full stack for you at your subdomain — no WordPress admin, plugins, or shared-blog patterns. Each community gets its own isolated cloud project.
