Overview
Communio Social hosts an optional marketplace where independent vendors sell products. Communio is a payment facilitator and technology provider—not the seller of record.
For buyers
- You buy from the vendor, not from Communio.
- Vendors must complete verification / Connect onboarding where required before taking payments.
- Communio does not handle returns, refunds, or product warranties; contact the vendor.
- Community admins may suspend sellers or take down listings that violate policy.
Disputes about product quality, shipping, returns, or refunds are between you and the vendor.
For sellers
- Accept marketplace seller terms in-product before listing.
- Keep your Stripe Connect account in good standing.
- Describe products accurately; fulfill orders promptly; set clear shipping and return policies.
- Do not list prohibited or illegal goods.
