1. Service

Communio Social hosts private social networks for community organizers. Each community gets its own address at a name you choose on communiosocial.com.

2. Accounts & communities

Community hosts are responsible for member invitations, acceptable use within their space, and compliance with applicable law. Communio provides platform hosting, billing for seat tiers, and optional marketplace infrastructure.

3. Growth billing

Subscription amounts follow the published growth ladder based on registered member counts. Billing changes require host acceptance of the applicable step.

4. Marketplace

Marketplace features are optional. When enabled, separate commerce terms apply to sellers, buyers, and payout recipients. Guest checkout may be available without community membership.

5. Availability

Communio may temporarily take a community offline for policy, billing, or operational reasons while keeping community data according to our retention practices.
